Sadly, there is no dove season for people in New Hampshire. On the map, it seems like Pennsylvania is the closest dove hunting state for New Englanders.
Is Pennsylvania a good non-resident hunting state for New England dove hunters or is there a better place for New Englanders to travel in the American Lower 48 for these birds?
Why do several American states have no open dove seasons? Did some tea-sipping old ladies from the Audubon Society start this crazy notion that doves are "songbirds" and not game birds?

I have a dream that one day two boys or two girls will be able to hold hands, kiss and hug on school campuses everywhere in America and all around the world with absolutely no feelings of shame, guilt or fear of getting called names or beat up.
