I have not had any experience with the Smith & Wesson 22 Victory but I have had several Smith & Wesson 22 LR semi auto pistols and I have been very happy with all of them. My favorite model is the now discontinued 422 and 622 series. When I brought my first 422 home my wife said " Finally you have a pistol that is not too heavy for me to use." She loved shooting it. I also love the Model 41 and also have had a M22 which also a very nice 22 semi auto. In my experience all my S&Ws were more reliable than the Rugers that I had owned in the 1960s.
