This snow is being a PITA but we do not have it like some others like those in Texas. I spoke with a friend in Austin, Texas and his home got down to 40 degrees inside the Apartment without Electricity for days and when the electricity came back on they lost their water and that is still out. How do you plow snow when the city does not even own a snow plow.

Thats a good question, maybe they will put one in the budget
