What do you carry, for a pocket knife?
For work, or just every day use, Utility .
If I have my pants on, iam carrying a mini mag flashlight
And a pocket knife.
Not long ago ,I found a knife/ flashlight combo. So I ordered it.
Instead of two pouches on my belt, I was down to one. But after a few weeks of testing it out, went back to my old knife and Mini-Mag.
Iam always working on my boat or lawn tractor, laying on the ground. And this new rig, had a push button on the side, and I was hitting it, and the light was on and I didn't know it.
Will take a picture of my knife's I carry , and post them shortly.

Added in 20 minutes 24 seconds later:

The Nebo knife combo has a 400 lume flashlight
A battery pack, that can charge your cellphone
And a decent blade.
The knife I keep coming back to is my SAK Swiss Army knife

I should add the Nebo knife blade is removable, so if your entering a building that doesn't allow knives, you can leave the blade in your truck. And carry the light and battery pac.
My swiss army knife also is a loc-blade knife,

I have so many pocket knives that I could carry a different one every day for 3 weeks or more. As I have this thing about Smith & Wesson I have more of that brand than any other. Yes I know that most of S&W Pocket Knives are made in China but they are reasonably cheap but will do about anything I need a pocketknife for. I do have other brand pocket knives that may be more or less quality than the S&Ws.

I have one S&W, that is on a rifle sling, I seen a guy that made his own rifle sling and put a knife sheath on the sling. I thought that was a great idea, so I attached one to one of my rifles

I have carried a pocket knife in a pocket since I was a young boy. Unless there is a reason not to like going on a plane or into court there is one in one of my pockets.

Same here, I had a post on another site, were I asked
How old were you ,when you got your first pocket knife,
And what of knife was it.
That post got a lot of results.
My father gave me my first knife,it was one he carried, and broke the main blade tip off. Then my mother got me a new boy scout type knife, when I joined the sea scouts.

I do not remember my first pocket knife brand but it was sharp and one time when I closed it my left index finger got in the way and I still have the scar on my left index finger at the joint to remind me to " be very careful closing your pocket knife. "

On that other post ,I was very surprised, how many said they still had there first knife, that their father or grandfather gave them.
I couldn't even hold on to the buck 110 I had when I got out of the service, much less something I had as a kid

They only made 300 of these, when I ordered mine , they sold 196
Very interesting , that they saved these river logs for over 200 years.

My first knife was a switchblade my father gave me that he got when he was over in Korea during the war. Unfortunately, it got stolen out of my house when I was just a kid along with a brick of firecrackers.
