I have been a fan of Remington Bolt Action Rifles. Over the years I have owned a number of Remington Bolt Action Rifles but only 1 model 700 which is in 35 Whelen. I bought it because it was in 35 Whelen because it is a limited edition rifle and the 35 Whelen is a very interesting round. I have owned several pre model 700s from the early post war period. I have owned 721 rifles in 30-06 and 270 Winchester and 722 rifles in 300 Savage and 257 Roberts. I have had Model 600s in 35 Remington, 350 Remington Magnum as well as 243 Winchester, as well as several Remington 22 LR bolt actions.

The R700s have been my favorite. I love taking my 338LM to the mountains for some distance shooting. Too bad we don't have a 1,000 yard range open to the public though.

Been thinking about getting another in .308 before hunting season, I just can't decide between a Remington 700 or handful of other bolts :angry-banghead:

I also really like Remington rifles, which I got from my father after he was put in prison. My old man loved guns very much, he didn't hunt or kill anyone, he just collected different types of weapons. When he had an accident, he was locked up in prison and for a year I became the owner of his entire collection. For his release, I have prepared a surprise for him, which he will be insanely happy about. I ordered here [LINK REMOVED FOR SPAM VIOLATION] various cool things for rifles that make them better, more accurate and better. All these things cost me a considerable amount, but to please my father, I am ready to spend as much money as I want.
