Hi, Does a NH non-resident pistol license card permit me to Conceal carry in north carolina?

Hi,
Does a 'New Hampshire NON-resident pistol license' card permit me to Conceal carry in North Carolina and other states? Can anybody direct me to some official information? All I have found is some info that would say YES here--> https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/resour ... -gun-laws/

BTW, it took 7 weeks to receive in the new permit card in the mail if you were wondering, Jan to March.
