I read that this was in the works but , other articles say it's only being considered. One thing is certain , the Anti Gun Lobby is dead against this since it will defang them and make it harder for them to attack our rights. But I have not seen anything else saying that it has support and might actually happen ..Do any members have any info on this ? The 1st part of the article sums it up ..QUOTE - " The New Hampshire House is considering recommending a constitutional amendment that would prevent future state laws from restricting firearm ownership, one of a series of gun rights bills proposed this year.
The proposal, officially called Constitutional Amendment Concurrent Resolution 8 would prevent the Legislature from passing any law “restricting the right to own, carry, or use firearms or firearm accessories.” But some gun rights groups say that the amendment needs to be workshopped, and could have unintended consequences for firearms use in the state. That's with a strong Republican majority. Sadly, there are far too many spineless "republicans" who are left-leaning...or worse.Dan wrote: ↑Wed Apr 14, 2021 5:37 pmLooks like it failed in the house:
