I will look into this. What type of browser are you using?

1. Are you Logging out when you leave or just closing your browser?
2. Are you deleting your browser cache/history?
3. Using your browser in "private mode"?

Try this.
Logout.
Click the "Delete all board cookies" at the bottom right menu bar. Same bar as the Contact us link.
Try re-logging in with "Remember me" checked. Let me know if that does it.

I have tried the Remember me setting in Firefox and Google Chrome. Both work fine for me. My guess is that one of your settings in Google Chrome is deleting the session cookie.
This may help you.
How to Change your cookie settings in Chrome:
Logout.
Click the "Delete all board cookies" at the bottom right menu bar. Same bar as the Contact us link.
Try re-logging in with "Remember me" checked. Let me know if that does it.

Yes please let me know. I wasn't aware you were on your smartphone. Sorry. I did just try the "Remember me" with my phone and it seemed to work fine for me.
