ImageLast week, the House passed an important range protection act, Senate Bill 1055, on final reading.  The measure now heads to the desk of Governor Brad Little for his consideration.  Please contact Governor Little and ask him to sign Senate Bill 1055 into law. Image Senate Bill 1055 clarifies and enhances the protections on sport shooting ranges under Idaho law.  By adding new definitions, SB 1055 will allow ranges to more easily expand, and remain open against frivolous lawsuits and attempts to shut them down. Again, please contact Governor Brad Little and ask him to sign Senate Bill 1055 into law.
